Where We Come From
RoyalChar Energy Limited was incorporated on 24 August 2026 as a Zambian private company with a straightforward but ambitious vision — to enter Zambia's downstream petroleum retail market as a serious franchisee, partner with the right Oil Marketing Company, and develop modern, high-performance service stations that set a new standard for fuel retail in Lusaka and across the country.
We are not a franchisor. We are a committed franchisee and developer. We bring operational discipline, local Zambian market knowledge, and a long-term mindset to every partnership we pursue. Our goal is to operate under an established, trusted petroleum brand while building out a portfolio of modern sites.
Alongside our franchise ambitions, we are building an investment model that allows forward-thinking investors to participate in our development pipeline — sharing in the growth of a modern Zambian energy business from the ground up.
